2. Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including fraud prevention.
  • All payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped based on the selected shipping method.
  • Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

4. Cancellations & Returns

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible if the order has shipped.
  • 45-Day Return Window: You may return products within 45 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition (light use acceptable) and include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
  • Exclusions: Gift cards, items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance,” and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged/Defective on Arrival: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement after verification.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective. We are not responsible for lost return packages; please use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.

  • Individual results may vary. Comfort and fit can differ by rider and setup.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects. Please read and follow all product instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product at issue.
