ShakeRider Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2024
At ShakeRider, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair for customers while also ensuring smooth processing.
Return Timeframe
- You have 45 days from delivery to request a return.
- Requests made after this period are not eligible.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following:
- Returned in the same condition you received it (lightly used items are accepted if defective or wrong item).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We will issue a full refund in these cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was sent.
- The order does not arrive within 30 business days (FTC compliance).
Lost or Missing Returns
Refunds can only be issued once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility. If a return package is lost in transit or never delivered to us, we cannot process a refund. Customers should use a tracked shipping method to protect against carrier loss.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the product has shipped.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Packages still in transit within 15 business days of order date.
- Items returned heavily used, excessively damaged, or missing parts.
- Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender without prior approval.
Return Address
For orders shipped to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, returns are processed through our international facility in Australia.
The full return address will be provided once your return is approved.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@ShakeRider.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the product you want.
Shipping & Delivery Confirmation
- Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days.
- Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.
- ShakeRider is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier strikes.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us at support@ShakeRider.com before filing a chargeback or dispute. Filing without contacting us may delay or void eligibility for a refund.
We will provide carrier tracking and proof of delivery to dispute false claims.
